A final field of sixteen three year olds plus five emergencies was released today with the first reserve Unconditional already finding a spot in the field with the early scratching of the Ron Quinton trained Ljungberg.

The barrier draw for the Magic Millions 3yo Guineas will be conducted on the Surfers Paradise Beach on Tuesday morning along with the barrier draw for the 2019 $2m The Star Gold Coast Magic Millions 2yo Classic (1200m).

Boomsara, with Damian Browne in the saddle again, is currently the second favourite for the Magic Millions 3yo Guineas at $3.50 with Ladbrokes.com.au after scoring an all the way win in the Group 3 $200,000 Magic Millions Vo Rogue Plate (1350m) at Doomben on December 29.

“He’s come a long way and he’s very fit now. I’ve targeted this race from the start and the Vo Rogue was more just a bonus than anything,” Munce told The Courier-Mail.

“He’s had a lot of work and he will go to the races very healthy.”

The Tony Gollan trained Outback Barbie has retained her spot at the top of the betting at $2.80 following her last start sixth to Boomsara after striking trouble during the run with James McDonald taking over from Jim Byrne who will ride the Gary Moore trained Paquiri.

Gollan will also saddle up Light Up The Room with Brad Stewart booked to ride.

The Ciaron Maher and David Eustace trained Star Fall is on the third line of betting and chasing a hat trick after wins at Pakenham and Caulfield and will be ridden again by regular jockey Linda Meech.

Randwick co-trainer Peter and Paul Snowden will be represented with Bondi with Kerrin McEvoy to ride while the Lindsay Park Team of David and Ben Hayes and Tom Dabernig will saddle up Smart Elissim for Michael Walker.
