Dual Lane saluted today at Stoney Creek on her debut for the stable. Having been beaten a total of 29 lengths on her three starts for her previous trainer an impressive prep debut win didn’t look the likely outcome to the public eye. She arrived at the farm as a highly strung and difficult filly to work with. Patience and re education had us confident that if she took her homework to the races then she would be highly competitive . Ridden by Beau Mertens she picked up the leaders at the 200m and strode away to win easily . She recorded a time faster than the BM64 later in the day which suggests she may have more wins to come.

She is owned by old stable clients and we thank Rhys and his family for the loyal support. My Shu Mai just failed to land the stable double and the team remain in rude form.
