He jumped away well from the barriers, settled just off the leaders heels & travelled well for Daniel Moor throughout the race.
Dodging Bullets took the lead early in the straight and was there to be run down by the challengers but he dug deep and it was a hard, fought, tenacious victory.
The Golden Mile one of the feature events on Bendigo Guineas day carried a luxurious prize-money purse of $150,000.00
First prize brought Dodging Bullets earnings to over $500k.
