Wilde Racing were delighted to quinella The Drain Man Summer Sprint Series Final at Moonee Valley on Friday night when Sabotage went past the post first to defeat stable mate Sister Kitty Mac in the $100,000 feature.

A minor gear change, removal of blinkers & addition of winkers seemed to help in the victory of Sabotage as he jumped more cleanly from the barriers than his previous two outings.

The feature win was the first for Sabotage since arriving in Australia & Wilde Racing are very appreciative of being given the chance to train the gelding.

With this win on the board, Sabotage’s rating climbing a few points and our home town carnival only weeks away, a race like the listed Wangoom could be something to look forward to.

Sister Kitty Mac was brave in defeat.
She showed her customary speed out of the barriers and with no weight on her back she fought on tenaciously to run a close up second.

Congratulations to the connections of both horses.
