Richard Laming trains from a state of the art training centre in Clyde Victoria. The facility has a magnificent 1800m grass track that has long straights which means Richard does not have to gallop his young horses on turning tracks. A son of revered QLD based trainer Bevan Laming, Richard has been around racehorses his entire life. Having ridden successfully at the picnics as a young man, Richard still rides his horses in work. This close affinity Richard has with his gallopers allows him to know exactly how his horses are feeling at all times.
